Keen-Agers Forum- Terms and Condition of Use

These Bulletin Boards and Forums are visible to anyone and everyone anywhere in the world and everyone is free to Browse all the Boards in Read Only status however not everything is visible. You will not be able to post Messages or otherwise participate unless you are a registered member. 
PLEASE NOTE before you try to Register that Registration and participation is STRICTLY limited to Financial Members of the Bellarine Keen-Agers Table Tennis Club and your application for access will be checked. If you wish to Register to participate: FIRST READ the House Rules below. If you agree to abide by the Rules, click on the 'Register' Link located in the Board Menu at the top of the HOME Page. 

A New Window will open and you will need to provide your details in the various fields displayed. Once you have completed all the required fields click 'SAVE' when you are done. PLEASE NOTE for Security purposes your Username must be your Full Name (First Name [space] Surname) AND your Table Tennis Victoria (TTV) Membership Number must be entered within your profile. 

You will receive an automated Message acknowledging receipt of your application and once Security procedures are completed you will receive another message granting (or denying) access.

 
HOUSE RULES: 
1. All Registered Members are expected to behave in such a way as to NOT bring discredit upon or cause embarrassment to the Keen-Agers Table Tennis Club specifically or to the TTV or TTA generally. Any Breach will result in the deletion of the offending message and instant cancellation of Board access privileges. 

2. There is to be no insulting behavior such as sledging or other derogatory comments made towards other Members. If you have an issue with another Member you are expected to take it up with the person concerned IN PRIVATE. These Boards are not here to facilitate personal Flame Wars. Any Breach will result in the deletion of the offending message and instant cancellation of Board access privileges. 

3. The Boards are NOT Twitter or Facebook. Please do not use them as such. All postings are to be related to Club activities or items of interest to Members generally. 

4. There is to be no Offensive Language or behavior and whilst it is acknowledged that in today's society there are different perceptions of what constitutes Offensive - so as a General Rule: 
(a) No profanity or similes thereof. If you won't use "that" word in front of your grandchildren then it has no place on the Forums. 
(b) No sexually explicit (pornographic) images or text. Any Breach will result in the deletion of the offending message and instant cancellation of Board access privileges. 

5. No action word or deed is permitted that would constitute a breach of National or State Laws relating to Gender, Racial or Religious Vilification.

6. The Committee retains the exclusive right to restrict or terminate Member Access to the Bulletin Board at any time.
