Video #08 - Playing a Faster Forehand Topspin

This video is quite short at 2.42 minutes but is quite instructive in how to play a faster topspin.

This is all about getting your technique right and then speeding up the shot.

Use the weight transfer with your legs and body; increasing the speed from the bat's starting position to the finishing position.  If necessary flatten the bat slightly.
