• Arrive by 8.15am to open up.

• Code for front gate is 6705 (often closed on Tuesdays).

• Code for front door use the one marked ‘P’ 14590. (P for Permanent Hirers)

• Turn on lights, heaters or fans as appropriate.

• Open up storage area Code 3222.  Key to go to Kitchen for morning tea setup.

• Put out ‘Sign-In’ book and box for cash first and check everyone signs in.

• Supervise set up tables and dividers, nets etc.

• Ensure someone sets up kitchen for morning tea (key from storage area).

• Run hotwater tap in kitchen to activate heating and fill urn (located in storage area).

• Pull down blinds on the northern wall (facing car-park)

• If glarey, put up our extra window coverage on the southern wall (facing tennis court).

• Changeover play every 20 minutes (eg 8.20, 8.40, 9.10 etc) or adapt to 15 mins if req.

• Welcome any new members and make sure they are looked after.

• Nominate those that need to stand out as required.

• Ensure washing up done and everything put away, rubbish removed, cupboard
locked, dirty T-towels taken to be washed.

• Count the money to check it balances and leave locked in kitchen cupboard.

• Be aware of medical advice forms should they be required/location of first aid kit/defibrillator and medical incident form to be filled out if there is an injury.

• At end of play ensure everything returned to storage area unless it is left out for the next session after Tuesday and Thursday mornings.

• Lock storage area

• Check there is enough milk for next session.

• Turn off heaters, lights, airconditioners and fans as appropriate.

• Check the rear, kitchen and front doors are locked and return key to its holder.

o The front gate to be relocked with the padlock after Tuesday evening and Thursday and ensure that the key is returned to the key-safe and secure.
