Coronavirus-19 - Update on our Playing Sessions as of 15th June 2021
We just wanted to confirm again that Table Tennis is back at Marcus Hill Hall as of Tuesday 15th June.
All four (4) weekly sessions are now running:
Tuesday (8.30 to 11am and 7 to 9pm)
Thursday (8.30 to 11am)
Friday (8.30 to 11am).
The COGG have asked that we reaffirm the following COVID awareness processes that we need to be aware of and comply with, when using the Hall. These are:
· QR scanning on arrival
(Note: This is in addition to our own member ‘sign in’ process. If you do not have a phone or able to scan, then our own manual ‘player sign-in’ page is sufficient)
· Use the hand sanitiser
· Maximum number of 5 people in the kitchen area
· Masks to be worn inside where 1.5 metres physical distancing cannot be maintained. Masks do not have to be worn whilst actually playing table tennis.
(Note: We will still continue to have morning tea sessions, but the seating and table arrangement will need to be slightly modified to enable increased distances between seated members.)
Looking forward to catching up with you all.
Kind regards
